AtWork Group, a rapidly growing national staffing franchise, was listed by Franchise Business Review as a Top 100 Franchise for Veterans.

For this report, Franchise Business Review surveyed approximately 25,000 veteran franchise owners representing over 250 brands regarding their overall satisfaction with their brands and their likelihood to recommend them to others. AtWork’s franchisees were surveyed on 33 benchmark questions about their experience and satisfaction regarding critical areas of their franchise systems, including training & support, operations, franchisor/franchisee relations, and financial opportunity.

As part of its support for military veterans, AtWork offers a 20 percent discount on the initial franchise fee for veterans. AtWork also offers employment to many veterans through its nationwide franchise system of close to 100 locations.

Robert A. Donnell, the owner of both AtWork Personnel Services and AtWork Medical Services in Phoenix, is a U.S. Army veteran who has had three years active duty. In addition to being one of the most successful AtWork multi-unit franchise owners, he frequently has the opportunity to hire former military personnel because of the industries he serves.

“I’ve always felt that some of our best employees were former military personnel because of their work ethic, integrity, and leadership skills, along with their drive to be the best,” Donnell said. “Many of the men and woman that we have hired after they decided to build a career outside of the military, are looking for entry-level positions that they can grow in and showcase their distinctive attributes.”
