She is passionate, developing win-win relationships, guiding employee development, and matching employers with great employees to help businesses grow and achieve measured success.  Ivanna holds unparalleled experience building up AtWork’s strategic programs and highly respected alliances.

Before becoming a franchise owner, Ivanna directed AtWork branches by establishing prospective client databases, guiding day-to-day sales and recruiting strategy, and working closely with franchisees to achieve their goals. She also kept a hand in the training and development of staff members. Ivanna is a former recipient of the AtWork Cruisin’ & Crushin’ It – one of AtWork’s most prestigious awards for exceptional excellence in business.

Ivanna has been recognized for her outstanding success with franchise owners in sales cycle development, ensuring consistent and significant activity, in addition to creating novel recruiting plans that are individualized to attract and retain top talent. She is highly regarded for her ability to build and grow staffing branches.

Josephine leads the AtWork teams in Greater Sacramento, CA and Denver, CO with more than two decades of experience in business development, marketing, staffing, and multi-business entrepreneurship. Josephine’s passion is to find the best match for her clients and candidates across a wide range of industries. She feels mutual trust and respect among her teams clearly resonates with a genuine commitment to connect candidates with their dream career and contribute to the success of every client she serves. Josephine has a valuable history of business relationships with companies in the greater metropolitan areas.

After her tenure at Hewlett Packard as a Business Development Manager, Josephine found her true calling in the staffing industry as an extremely successful franchisee. With a firm belief she could further serve her community, Josephine opened the AtWork office in Sacramento. After great success, investing in the Denver business community became an outstanding opportunity. Today the Sacramento location is recognized as one of the best staffing agencies in the region and the Denver office is one of the fastest growing and successful recruiting teams in the Mile High City.

Josephine believes, “Success comes to those who earn it. Successful people are not gifted – it takes effort, hard work, dedication, planning, and a strong support system.” She holds an industrial engineering degree from Oregon State University and an MBA in Marketing from University of California, Davis.

With strong roots in her community, Josephine is a proud soccer mom of three very active children. She also makes it a high priority to vacation with her large, extended family every year.

Prior to joining AtWork, Ationg spent 20+ years as a software developer with Hewlett Packard. Ationg specializes in the placement of direct hire professionals in Information Technology and Engineering. Ationg has a deep understanding of the multiple aspects required in technical roles to ensure a company’s long-term success. Providing highly successful recruiting strategies for clients is a priority. 

Ationg values connectivity and holds the important working relationships in the IT and engineering market needed to develop a superior workforce. Ationg holds a Bachelor of Science in engineering from Oregon State University and an MBA with an emphasis in Management Information Systems from the University of California, Davis. His growth mindset is summed up in the quote, “You only live once, so work hard and play hard.”

If Ationg were deemed a superhero, his superpower would definitely be teleporting. He enjoys every moment outside of the office with his three children exploring the outdoors, assisting with school activities, and cheering on the team at their sporting events.

Nadica brings 25+ years of staffing industry and executive management expertise to the AtWork team. Launching her career in the Accounting and Finance field working for a global Fashion Designer, Nadica’s recruitment and management expertise focused on professional and executive placement. Nadica, a San Francisco native, fell in love with the grass roots efforts of the AtWork Corporation. Nadica has watched the staffing industry’s technological arm evolve over the last three decades and understands true mentorship will find and place top talent. In today’s market climate, there are a large variety of recruitment firms followed by a variety of methods to execute delivery. One marker remains the same for Nadica – relationships are key. It is Nadica’s analytical skills coupled with professional relationships to top corporate executives that provide her the economic knowledge to serve as a business advisor to the Business Journal.

She is proud the AtWork team “believes in a collaborative approach” which she refers to as synergy. “The Synergistic approach to our business really sets us apart.” Clearly a human relations industry, Nadica utilizes her education in Psychology and Sociology to recruit and place various top-level, executive positions.

Outside of work, Nadica enjoys choreographing dance routines. This busy mom also leads a Girl Scout troop, volunteers her time to help several non-profit charities, loves to cook, and cherishes family time.

Angela holds the full cycle of knowledge in the recruiting process with 30+ years in global technology management. Her tenure as a Finance Manager, Director of Leadership and Development, Global Efficiency and Effectiveness Manager and HR Director gives her a novel perspective in the recruiting arena. Angela proudly calls herself a career chameleon. She has always been part of the hiring process, company strategy, and leadership, serving a variety of companies worldwide.

Angela credits the AtWork team for their ability to see the positive daily, celebrate successes together and to always find reasons to smile through the challenges.

Angela is known for her personal connection with candidates and her natural ability to be sincere and empathetic. She has great success with her understanding of the local workforce scene and exceeding her client’s expectations. One of Angela’s favorite quotes keeps her refreshed and motivated: “To succeed in life, you need three things: a wishbone, a backbone and a funny bone.”

Angela also finds inspiration every day as a young grandmother, cooking up favorite recipes with her husband, and enjoying time with her two loving dogs. Her lifelong dream is to one day own a dog shelter.

Growing a business has become second nature for Sirena where experience is everything and meaningful connections matter. She understands there is not a one-size-fits-all model and believes forming emotional connections is key to securing valuable relationships and helping candidates find happiness in a position long term.  This focused decision maker leads the AtWork team with her creativity, technology tools, and data management skills.

A degree in business management has led Sirena on a rewarding career path. From south Texas to Colorado, this manager has moved up the ladder of success by making it her job to understand intricate details of each position, value training and teaching, and build positive relationships both locally and nationally. Sirena chose the AtWork team because she believes when you truly care about people and strive to help others, ultimately everyone thrives and develops an even greater passion to continue the good work. Always focusing on the positive, Sirena turns to the lyrics, “But tomorrow may rain, so I’ll follow the sun” for inspiration.

Living life with a big heart, Sirena would love to have superhero running skills. She could easily cover more ground on the job and her cardio workouts would be a breeze. Outside of her work life, she also loves hitting the links. Golf is a great sport for Sirena who is always hoping to add to her hole-in-one and sink another ace.

Born in Split, Croatia; Emana grew up in Denver and received her Bachelor’s Degree from Colorado State University. Her professional experience and her degree in Communications shaped her ability to connect with people and ability to create lasting rapport and relationships. She believes in the power of empathy and dialogue. Emana has extensive experience in human resources, management, and full cycle recruitment.

Emana chose the AtWork team for the way they care about people. Working in a fun environment and with a Team that is on the same page and working towards the same goals  provides a strong foundation for success. She has an excellent understanding of the recruitment needs of local business. Advocating for business partners and building meaningful relationships with candidates is her focus every day. Her expertise in employee relations supports a wide range of clients. She feels accomplished when she has found a Candidate the job that fits them perfectly!
