Josephine leads the AtWork team with more than 20 years of experience in business development, marketing, staffing, and multi-business entrepreneurship. Josephine’s goal is to find the best match for her clients and candidates across a wide range of industries. She feels mutual trust and respect among her team clearly resonates with a genuine commitment to connect candidates with their dream career and contribute to the success of every client she serves. Josephine has a valuable history of business relationships with companies in the greater Sacramento area.

After her tenure at Hewlett Packard as a Business Development Manager, Josephine found her true calling in customer service and marketing as an extremely successful franchisee. With a firm belief she could further serve her community, Josephine, and her husband Ationg Lie, opened the AtWork office in Roseville. Today the location is recognized as one of the best staffing agencies in the region.

Josephine believes, “Success comes to those who earn it. Successful people are not gifted – it takes effort, hard work, dedication, planning, and a strong support system.” She holds an industrial engineering degree from Oregon State University and an MBA in Marketing from University of California, Davis.

Nadica brings 25+ years of staffing industry and executive management expertise to the AtWork team. Launching her career in the Accounting and Finance field working for a global Fashion Designer, Nadica’s recruitment and management expertise focused on professional and executive placement. Nadica, a San Francisco native, along with her husband choose to raise their three children in Rocklin where this industry leader fell in love with the grass roots efforts of the AtWork Corporation. Nadica has watched the staffing industry’s technological arm evolve over the last three decades and understands true mentorship will find and place top talent. In today’s market climate, there are a large variety of recruitment firms followed by a variety of methods to execute delivery. One marker remains the same for Nadica – relationships are key. Nadica is highly regarded as the go-to staffing expert in the greater Sacramento and Bay Area regions.  It is Nadica’s analytical skills coupled with professional relationships to top corporate executives that provide her the economic knowledge to serve as a business advisor to the Business Journal.

Prior to opening AtWork, Ationg spent 20+ years as a software developer with Hewlett Packard and 12 years running multiple small businesses. Ationg specializes in the placement of direct hire professionals in Information Technology and Engineering. Ationg has a deep understanding of the multiple aspects required in technical roles to ensure a company’s long-term success. Providing highly successful recruiting strategies for clients is a priority.

Ationg values connectivity and holds the important working relationships in the IT and engineering market needed to develop a superior workforce. Ationg holds a Bachelor of Science in engineering from Oregon State University and an MBA with an emphasis in Management Information Systems from the University of California, Davis. She also keeps a hand in the training and development of staff members.

Ivanna has been recognized for her outstanding success with franchise owners in sales cycle development, ensuring consistent and significant activity, in addition to creating novel recruiting plans that are individualized to attract and retain top talent. She is a recipient of the AtWork Cruisin’ & Crushin’ It award which honors the AtWork employee who most consistently performs above expectations.

Ivanna likes to reflect upon the quote: “What comes easy won’t last. She is highly regarded for expanding a two-person branch with 3 million in revenue to a team of 13 with close to 20 million in revenue within the span of 5 years.

Mary holds years of experience in recruiting, sales, event management, and theater management. Mary enjoys helping clients and candidates acquire the tools and connections they need to compete in the marketplace. Mary is known as the office juggler with her ability to get creative and serve as our go-to-gal. She consistently works to ensure that all is running smoothly and that we are working efficiently and effectively for our clients and candidates!

If Mary could be a superhero, her superpower would match that of the animated Elastagirl.  Towering over many at 6 feet tall, Mary would love to stretch even further to new heights. The leader adjusts the sails.” Mary holds a bachelor’s degree in theatre management. She formerly served at William Jessup University, recruiting students for the music program and scheduling the program’s casting sessions.
